celebration postponed

Dear Family and Close Friends,

We deeply regret to inform you that our wedding celebration at the Shuffleboard Club in St. Petersburg Florida on April 11th has been postponed. We made this difficult decision due to the surge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the US and around the world.

This is a serious illness & the death rate varies mostly by age and health, as people that are 60+ have greater chances of dying from it, as well as people with cardiovascular, diabetes, respiratory diseases and hypertension at any age*. 

Everyone should be cautious, but we urge those of you in these greater risk groups to follow recommended precautions and protect yourself. 

We understand that this change may cause great inconvenience for you and are sincerely sorry, but we believe that, to keep our (ours and yours) family members safe and in good health, it is no time to travel or congregate.

We are planning to reschedule our celebration, and will share our plans with you once we have the details worked out.

We will be in St Petersburg on, before and after April 11th, so if you still plan to travel here, or cannot cancel/change your flight, we would be really happy to make plans with you.

This was a hard decision for us to make, so we appreciate your understanding.
